Anatomy practise (arms)

As seen above and my work in first year, my  proportions, more specifically the anatomy and arms and legs was a constant uphill battle, and during the Christmas break I  found the time to take break it down. Using (love life drawing drawing's ) youtube channel I began to grasp the basics of the anatomical structure of the arm to an intermediate level as well as how the movement of the radius bone can impact how the forearm twist and urns around ulna bone . No to mention the importance of the deltoid muscle that I often dismissed in other structure of the arm and bringing it together.
