PRE-PRODUCTION
WEEK 1
for myself Week 1 of pre-production was revolved around assigning roles and responsibilities as well as creating schedules. The Initial schedule I created aspired to finish by April 1st as Yasin himself did much of the pre-production pior to the pitching stage, but as all all schedules and timeline go we began to push back the timeline by a few weeks, this allowed us some leeway for post production and I began to adjust the schedule on a every 2 week bases. below is the initial schedule we started with. During this week myself and Yasin sat down and crated a shotlist. This meant that alongside the thumbnail sketches that Yasin worked on privately , i could get started on creating the animatic .

WEEK 2-4
The following weeks I worked off of the Thumnail sketches given to me by Yasin as well as the shot list to create the Storyboard seen below. Whilst i aimed to follow the directions as closesly as possible as im aware for a personal story, yasin had a very clear vision of what he wanted the final product to be. I made a few suggestion of ways of improving some of the shots as well as saving time coming from the producers viewpoint. I believe the collaborative work we did was a major success. During this time however we did struggle with assigning other team members work based on their skillsets. This meant that alot of the roles were re-assigned to different team mates and mutiple people worked on a single tasks based of skillsets and availability during that time . for example multiple team members work on Putting the production bible together before the submission date. This experience taught me to ask more questions about prior skills and experience and to assign roles on that metric whilst giving some leeway for learning new skills.

WEEK 5
This was the cramping week , finalising the animatic I put the storyboard on a timeline and Yasin timed it appropriately to the sound. This was also the week where we had the composer meetings . myself and Yasin Presented and inevitably ended up with 3 composers Rameetha , Sabari and Armin. Reemtha unfortunately had to drop out after the first week due to her heavy workload. Due to Delays, I had to create temporary production bible for crit date before the official production bible was created by Raymond..
